God led the Pastor to lead the church to begin a year long Bible reading plan together

We have selected the KJV in chronological order and we began reading together in January of 2013.

We are following this reading plan - https://www.biblegateway.com/reading-plans/old-new-testament/next

If you miss a day(s) here and there its OK, just begin with the current days reading and move on.

Forgetting those things which are behind let us reach forward toward the things that are before! as we continue to be conformed to the image of Christ by the Word of God which lives and abides forever.

It is also OK to share something from the "Proverb of the Day". Reading one chapter of Proverbs that coincides with the current day of the month offers continual exposure to the book of wisdom! So for example if it is the first day of the month we can read the first chapter of Proverbs; the eighth day, the eighth chapter, etc..

In order to get the most out of your time in God's Word may we suggest a very simple Bible Journal. The daily journal entries only have four parts and will exponentially increase your blessing by time spent in the Word of God. The four elements to the simple daily Bible journal are:

a. the Date

b. the Bible reference (book, chapter and verse)

c. one main truth of the scripture referenced

d. today's application for same timeless truth

Don't be afraid to jump right in and share what God has shared with your heart.

God bless you and thank you for spending even five minutes in God's precious Word,

Pastor Blair
